Bell Design was retained to rethink the condominium residence entrances and streetscape along 23rd St Northwest. We proposed new modern planters to harmonize with the sleek steel and masonry modern building, new LED fixtures in the canopies and planters, and updated building signage to complete the elegantly appointed update.
