For this home purchased by a young couple returning to their Florida roots, Bell Design re‑imagined the property as a series of indoor/outdoor living environments tailored for a multi‑generational family. The existing waterfall pool was replaced with a serene dark lap pool, its still surface reflecting the classic white Floridian house and anchoring the garden with a sense of calm. Billowing Elephant Ears and Foxtail Palms frame the new pool, creating a lush, contemporary tropical backdrop. This project was featured in Luxe magazine, recognized for its refined simplicity, thoughtful spatial flow, and the way it elevates everyday family living through landscape design

The clients wanted all the bells and whistles for a truly exceptional outdoor entertainment area. For the challenging coastal environment, we specified stainless steel Brown Jordan Key West cabinetry in a powder‑coated teak finish—capturing an “old Florida” warmth while delivering the durability the climate demands. The outdoor kitchen is fully outfitted: from the wine refrigerator to the pellet ice machine to the 48” propane grill, we selected robust Viking appliances, ensuring performance without compromising aesthetics. Counters in Taj Mahal Quartzite, finished in a soft leathered texture, complement the creamy coral stone paving and tie the entire composition together.

Beyond the pool and kitchen, a new loggia and thoughtful circulation patterns create a seamless flow between interior and exterior spaces, supporting the family’s love of cooking, gathering, and living outdoors. The result is a modern Florida retreat—elegant, functional, and deeply attuned to the rhythms of family life—where every generation feels at home.
